Can't find my confirmation email. How do I get it?

Please check your junk/spam/promotion thread for the confirmation email. If you have yet to receive after an hour, do let us know!

Can I place an order in store?

Yes, if you’d like to do so. We’re more than happy to assist you with your order.

Can I add a personal message for gifts?

We offer free Gift Note service. Simply leave your message on the checkout page. This will be hand-written by our team.

Can I get my order delivered?

Yes, we do on regular days! Unfortunately, we won’t be able to arrange for delivery on 21st January. Unavailable dates: 22nd-24th January. Please drop us a note thebutcherstablekl@gmail.com if you are arranging for GrabExpress/Lalamove on your end. Do provide us with the third-party details. Order name and order number must be included in the pickup info. Lastly, please get a car instead of a motorcycle to collect your order.

Can I change my collection date and time?

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that any cancellations are not refundable. You may collect your order on alternate day. Please contact thebutcherstablekl@gmail.com to make the amendments.

Can I pay a deposit?

All orders must be paid in full amount. 

Can I purchase from your store?

All orders are taken on a pre-order basis only. 

What's my order number?

You will receive a total of 2 emails:

1) Confirmation order

2) Payment confirmation.

Please refer to the confirmation order sent by us. Your order number should start with #TBT(number).

When is your last order date?

Orders to be made 3 days in advance. While stocks last. So don’t miss it!

When can I collect my order?

Our CNY offerings will only be available for collection/delivery from 15th January-5th February 2023. 

What’s the available time-slot?

Available from 15th January-5th February 2023. Collection/delivery time: 11am-3pm, 6pm

No deliveries on 21st January, only self-pickup.

Unavailable dates: 22nd-24th January 2023.

My order is incomplete. What should I do?

If you’ve received your order and have missing items, we’re so sorry to hear that! We promise we’re working hard to improve your experience. Please get in touch thebutcherstablekl@gmail.com with your order name, order number (and pictures if that apply) and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may get in touch with the store you ordered from.

How to store your food products & sauces?

Cooked products are best to be consumed within max 2 days. Hams can be kept in the chiller up to 5 days. Don’t leave anything too long in the fridge!

All our sauces are made in-house with fresh ingredients and no added preservatives. Store in the fridge once received and to be consumed within max 2 days.

Food safety is important – if you have any questions, please do ask us!

How do I reheat the food products?

You should receive a designed instruction sheet in your food box. If you can’t find or wants to receive instruction, feel free to reach us thebutcherstablekl@gmail.com
