The Butcher’s Table's humble beginnings:
Founded by our Master Butcher, Mr Ho Kim Loon and family (wife - Melinda, son and daughter - Kent and Tiffany) in 2017, serving high quality cured meats, artisanal nitrate-free sausage and specialty items made with wholesome ingredients. Mr Ho was primarily known for running Mr Ho’s Fine Foods in Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC) in the late 1990s. Might ring a bell to those grew up eating Mr Ho’s roast pork, salt beef brisket and homemade sausages. Yes folks, we've been feeding meat lovers since 1992. So if you've been around with us, you'd know who and where to find "The Best Sausage in KL".
After 10 years (2007-2017) of absence in Klang Valley's F&B scene, The Butcher's Table is now a family-run business, united by a common goal to bring good food with a side of genuine hospitality.
We believe in soul-satisfying comfort food and we would love to share our old-time recipes with you. Try our famed pork dishes - Italian Bacon (Pancetta), Tomahawk Pork Chop, Roast Pork or also known as “Siew Yoke”. You may also find tasty smoked goods, fresh pork meats, wagyu beef steaks by the cold deli counter.
The Butcher’s Table is now available in different states across Malaysia, serving the best Western Food in KL, PJ, Penang, and Ipoh. Taste the best sausage in KL. What makes us different? We only produce premium handmade nitrate-free sausage in small batches. Three decades in, we insist on using traditional methods and they do not contain any added nitrates/nitrites, fillers and offcuts. This means that the links are safe and healthy for you and your loved ones.
